ABOUT US
Important Notice: Breastfeeding is the recommended form of nutrition for infants. Breast milk provides important nutrients and protective factors during early life. Infant formula should be used only when recommended by a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.
Who We Are
Mouj Pharmaceuticals develops nutritional, pediatric, personal-care and healthcare products for the Pakistani market. Mojilac is our dedicated infant nutrition range, created to provide clearly labelled, age-specific formula options when formula feeding has been recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
Our focus is on providing parents and healthcare professionals with clear product information, transparent nutritional labelling and practical guidance for safe preparation.
What We Make
The Mojilac range includes three infant formula options, each available in a 200g pack:
Mojilac 1
Designed for infants aged 0 to 6 months, according to the product label.
Mojilac 2
Designed for infants aged 6 to 12 months, during the stage when age-appropriate complementary foods may begin to be introduced alongside milk feeding.
Mojilac LF
A lactose-free infant formula intended for situations where a healthcare professional considers a lactose-free option appropriate.
The formulations include nutritional components such as:
- DHA
- ARA
- Nucleotides
Complete ingredient lists, nutritional information, preparation instructions and other important product details are printed on each carton.
All Mojilac variants carry Halal certification, with certification information displayed on the packaging.
The appropriate formula for an individual baby should always be selected with guidance from a paediatrician or qualified healthcare professional.
Manufactured in Pakistan
Mojilac is manufactured locally in Lahore, Pakistan.
Local manufacturing allows Mouj Pharmaceuticals to maintain direct access to product information, manufacturing records and batch-related support within Pakistan.
This also enables pharmacies, healthcare professionals and customers to contact a local team when they need information about a product, pack or batch.

Our manufacturing facility is located in Lahore, Pakistan.
Our Approach to Infant Nutrition
We recognise breastfeeding as the recommended form of nutrition for infants and communicate this clearly throughout our educational and product information.
When formula feeding is required or recommended, our responsibility is to provide clear product information and encourage safe preparation and appropriate use.
We believe parents should be able to understand:
- which feeding stage a product is intended for
- what ingredients and nutrients it contains
- how the formula should be prepared
- how the product should be stored
- when professional advice is necessary
We therefore focus on factual information rather than exaggerated feeding or health claims.
Safe Preparation Matters
The way infant formula is prepared is extremely important.
Safe feeding practices include:
- washing hands before preparation
- using clean and properly sterilised feeding equipment
- following the exact water-to-powder ratio
- using safe water
- following the preparation instructions on the pack
- storing formula correctly
- discarding leftover feed as instructed
For more detailed information, please read our Infant Formula Preparation Guide before preparing a feed.
Always follow the instructions printed on the specific Mojilac product you are using.
Clear and Transparent Product Information
We believe parents and healthcare professionals should have access to the complete information needed to evaluate a product.
For this reason, every Mojilac carton provides:
- product stage
- age guidance
- complete ingredient information
- nutritional composition
- preparation directions
- storage instructions
- pack size
- manufacturer information
We encourage parents to review the full product label rather than relying only on front-of-pack claims.
Speak to Your Paediatrician
Our team can help with product-related questions such as:
- ingredients
- available variants
- pack sizes
- product availability
- batch information
- stock enquiries
However, questions about:
- your baby’s health
- feeding difficulties
- weight gain
- formula intolerance
- allergies
- digestive symptoms
- changing from one formula to another
should be discussed with a qualified paediatrician or healthcare professional.
We do not recommend diagnosing feeding problems or choosing specialised formula without appropriate professional advice.
